How to become a RateBoard User

  • Initial Meeting
    One of our experts will show you the app and clarify all open questions. The meeting is 100% free and non-binding. Fill the form below to book a meeting.

  • Sign Contract
    After the meeting we'll provide you a contract tailored to your hotel.

  • Start Onboarding
    In a next step, your personal onboarding manager will contact you to start the onboarding process. This includes trainings, setup of the app and technical interface setup. You will be guided to this phase and will be in close contact with us.

  • That's it!
    As soon as the onboarding is finished and RateBoard is set up and running, the license and therefore professional revenue management for your hotel will start. You will not have to pay a license fee before that point (the setup fee is accounted when we start onboarding).
